Allocation of constituency development fund (CDF) or any millions fund to help Rakyat channel to members of parliament or Aduns personal account or party account and 100k or more for their service centre that will cause abuse of fund.
Nilai-nilai & Kepercayaan
All Rakyat are tax payers where they are tax by consumer good they buy daily. Rakyat have dignity, why treated like beggar? Why need to get donation money from politician hands? Where the public fund or country money is Rakyat own country money gather and keep by government for common good and county expenditure. Rakyat are the owner of the country and not a bunch politicians elected by the Rakyat and take Rakyat salary claim there are the sole owner.
Penyelesaian:
Why Rakyat who need help, need to go through politicians? Government has many agencies to help Rakyat in needs. They may say urgency. Solution is all MPs and Aduns given 10k of petty cash to help Rakyat in urgent need and later they can provide proved of payment then claim back from respective government agencies. All MPs and Aduns service centre workers will be given fair pay of government servant salary that employ by them with limitation of staff and office rental pay by government to avoid abuse of fund.
