Problem Statement and Current Policy:
No proper legal aid to attain social or natural justice. The bulk of the nation who are mainly working class cannot afford lawyers. The current legal aid has limited involvement and does not represent all cases under this scope.
Value(s) and Belief:
Social and natural justice should not be something that people need to pay for. It should be human rights.
Proposal of Solution and Call for Action:
To expand the capacity of the Legal Aid Bureau so much so as to represent all aspects of social and natural justice. To employ and deploy genuine qualified professional lawyers. The current workforce could be extremely dissapointing lacking in capacity.
