Problem Statement and Current Policy:
Slow or No Response To Complaints. The responsible organisation might come once but not twice or decide to take or reject the complaint. This goes the same with other enforcement agencies across the board that are by large incompetent and do not belong at their job. No proper arbitration or time frame.Villans that commit open burning and air pollution are not punished. People that attacks others are not punished. People that commit crime and oppression get away easy. Instead innocent people are commonly victimised.
Value(s) and Belief:
The entire public sector needs reform. Most are slow to respond or simply evade response lacking softskills, competency and problem solving skills.
Proposal of Solution and Call for Action:
Abolish the iron ricebowl policy that protects undeserving groups. Civil servants including enforcement agencies of all types should be made just as vulnurable or liable as employees in the private sectors where merit and reasonable competency matters.
