This goes the same with other enforcement agencies across the board that are by large incompetent and do not belong at their job. No proper arbitration or time frame.Villans that commit open burning and air pollution are not punished. People that attacks others are not punished. People that commit crime and oppression get away easy. Instead innocent people are commonly victimised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Nilai-nilai & Kepercayaan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The entire public sector needs reform. Most are slow to respond or simply evade response lacking softskills, competency and problem solving skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Penyelesaian:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Abolish the iron ricebowl policy that protects undeserving groups.
