Terutamanya pengambilan pekerja tidak mahir memberi implikasi kepada pekerja tempatan dan perhubungan perindustrian. Sebagai contoh, pekerja tidak mahir tidak dibenarkan untuk menyertai kesatuan dan terdapat kecenderungan untuk mengeksploitasi mereka. Tambahan pula, majikan Malaysia mempunyai kecenderungan untuk menggunakan pekerja asing yang tidak mahir untuk menekan gaji pekerja tempatan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nilai-nilai &amp; Kepercayaan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apa yang jelas adalah penyelesaian kepada masalah dan pencapaian aspirasi kita memerlukan strategi pembangunan alternatif yang sememangnya prihatin dan adil. Secara amnya, ini akan melibatkan sistem politik bukan perkauman dan strategi pembangunan yang berpusat kepada pengagihan kekayaan saksama, demokrasi, keadilan dan perkembangan rohani. Tuntutan yang dilakukan ini adalah langkah ke arah tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Penyelesaian:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Oleh demikian, kami menutut supaya perundangan diperkenalkan supaya pekerja asing tidak diambil bekerja dengan mengorbankan pekerja tempatan. Pekerja asing harus diambil bekerja di sektor-sektor yang mempunyai kekurangan pekerja dan tidak seharusnya digunakan untuk menekan gaji pekerja tempatan (yang gaji minimumnya mesti dilindungi oleh undang-undang).\nKedua, bagi memastikan tempat pekerja asing bekerja, mereka haruslah mendapat manfaat keadilan daripada rakyat Malaysia dan dilayan setara dengan pekerja tempatan, menikmati gaji yang sama, keahlian dalam kesatuan dan keselamatan sosial.
