Penyertaan penduduk untuk masa depan tempatan terhad kepada mesyuarat Townhall. Menyediakan orang ramai terhadap pilihanraya tempatan memerlukan langkah sementara - bajet partisipatif<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nilai-nilai &amp; Kepercayaan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Demokrasi tempatan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Penyelesaian:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menginstitusikan bajet partisipatif bagi semua majlis tempatan bersesuaian dengan praktik Perkongsian Belanjawan Internasional. Peruntukkan 10% daripada anggaran pembangunan majlis perbandaran bagi bajet partisipatif.
