Sebilangan besar kanak-kanak tanpa kewarganegaraan tidak dapat mengakses pendidikan awam jika surat beranak kanak-kanak tanpa kewarganegaraan tersebut tidak mempunyai nama ibu bapa kewarganegaraan Malaysia. Jika mereka dibenarkan, mereka disuruh membayar yuran pungutan untuk mengakses pendidikan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Setiap kanak-kanak harus mempunyai peluang yang sama untuk pendidikan<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Penyelesaian:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Semua kanak-kanak di Malaysia harus dilayan sama rata tanpa mengira keadaan semasa sama ada mereka anak yatim, atau diangkat ataupun maklumat ibu bapa tidak ada pada surat beranak. Akses mereka terhadap pendidikan tidak boleh dihalangi oleh status surat beranak dan diberi percuma untuk semua -- semua bayaran pungutan yang dikenakan dikecualikan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
