Ini telah menghasilkan bilangan pengundi yang tidak setara dan diskriminasi kepada rakyat Malaysia berdasarkan geografi. Hal ini juga telah memanipulasi keputusan pilihan raya yang menggunakan Sistem Pemenang Undi Terbanyak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nilai-nilai &amp; Kepercayaan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kesetaraan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Penyelesaian:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Pengembalian had era Merdeka iaitu penyimpangan +\/- 15% daripada purata pilihan raya di Semenanjung Malaysia bagi bilangan pengundi kawasan pilihan raya dan +\/- 25% penyimpangan daripada purata pilihan raya untuk Sabah dan Sarawak. Parlimen seharusnya tidak lagi mempunyai kuasa untuk mengagihkan kerusi diantara negeri-negeri dan tanggungjawab ini harus dipindahkan ke Suruhanjaya Sempadan. \n\nBagi setiap unit kajian (Semenanjung, Sabah dan Sarawak), kawasan pilihan raya akan diperuntukkan kepada Negeri di mana kuota pengundi Negeri masing-masing adalah hampir setara dengan kuota pengundi unit kajian. Hal ini kerana ia boleh berlaku tanpa menyebabkan jurang diantara kuota pengundi Negeri berkenaan dengan kuota pengundi unit kajian.
