Amnesty International membantah hukuman mati bagi semua kes tanpa pengecualian \u2013 tanpa mengira siapa pun pihak tertuduh, sifat atau keadaan jenayah, bersalah atau tidak bersalah atau kaedah pelaksaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nilai-nilai &amp; Kepercayaan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amnesty International berpegang bahawa hukuman mati melanggar hak asasi manusia, terutamanya hak kepada nyawa dan hak untuk hidup bebas daripada penyeksaan, kezaliman, tidak berperikemanusiaan, menghinakan atau hukuman. Kedua-dua hak tersebut dilindungi di bawah Perisytiharan Hak Asasi Manusia Sejagat yang dimandatkan oleh Pertubuhan Bangsa-Bangsa Bersatu (PBB) pada tahun 1948.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Penyelesaian:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"1.
