Oleh yang demikian, Kaedah-Kaedah Lokap 1953 mesti diperbaharui untuk melindungi hak kesihatan dan akses perubatan kepada orang dalam tahanan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nilai-nilai &amp; Kepercayaan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Setiap orang adalah berhak kepada suatu taraf hidup yang memadai bagi kesihatan dan kebajikan diri dan keluarganya, termasuklah makanan, pakaian, perumahan dan pengawasan perubatan serta perkhidmatan sosial yang perlu.
