Selain itu,  tiada sesiapa pun boleh dikenakan seksaan atau layanan atau hukuman yang zalim, tidak berperikemanusiaan atau menghinakan (Perkara 5, Perisytiharan Hak Asasi Manusia Sejagat 1948).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Penyelesaian:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berkenaan dengan tingkah laku polis dalam menangani penjenayah yang disyaki di mana terdapat pengiktirafan sosial terhadap penggunaan kekerasan yang berlebihan termasuk membunuh mereka, penyeksaan dan cara soal siasat haram yang lain. Kami menuntut agar proses awam yang telus dan wajar dilaksanakan untuk memantau, menyiasat dan menangani pegawai undang-undang yang mencemarkan nama agensi keselamatan.
