Problem Statement and Current Policy:

Existing policies (e.g., NEP) which are ethinc based/race based have already reached its intended target and needs to be reviewed in accordance to the current situation

Value(s) and Belief:

Promotion of Inclusivity and Equal Opportunities for all Malaysians

Proposal of Solution and Call for Action:

The Government should review existing policies and amend them according to the current needs of the country (e.g- moving away from a race based approach to a needs based approach). The government should also proactively eliminate existing discriminatory laws, policies (e.g – Affirmative action)
