Problem Statement and Current Policy:

1) Lack of mechanisms and training to address deeply entrenched toxic culture of sexual harassment, rape and power abuse in educational institutions. 2) This is a violation of Malaysia’s commitment to CRC and CEDAW in failing to protect the girl child.

Value(s) and Belief:

Poor quality early childhood care puts children at risk of toxic stress, abuse & neglect and educational disadvantage*

Proposal of Solution and Call for Action:

1) Introduce comprehensive gender sexuality education into the school curriculum. 2) Providing training curriculum to future educator
