Problem Statement and Current Policy:

To address the human rights violations committed by the governments since independence, provide a redress to victim of ISA arrest, emergency laws, May 13 incidences, Sedition Act, death in custody victims including Teoh Beng Hock, R Gunasegaran, Kamarulnizam and others.

Value(s) and Belief:

Every victim of human rights violations has right to truth, justice, and reparation.

Proposal of Solution and Call for Action:

To enact a Transitional Justice Act to offer a government apology to all victims of human rights violation, compensation for victims to apply, and a human rights museum to remember those sacrifices in the previous human rights struggles.
